                                Rides directly on 1/4" thick hot rolled or cold rolled steel plate!  Connect two together with 1530 extrusion for a complete motion axis!
                                Note -- price is for ONE carriage, as pictured on left.  You need two for full constraint.  8020 not included.  Nylon set screw allows
                                adjustment of preload on steel from 6mm up to 1/4" in thickness.

                                Mounts directly to aluminum extrusion.  If used with our linear carriage system, these line up exactly with the motor mount and bearing blocks.
                                5 start screws are up to twice as efficient as single start screws, and reduce rotational screw speed by 5X to avoid screw whip. Get the
                                maximum speed from your motors!

 NEW ACME 1/2-10 Single Start Anti-backlash Nut.  $16.50
                                For the cost conscious, this nut offers the same easy mounting as the 5 start nut.  Also can be a good choice for Z-axes where speed is less
                                important than resolution.

NEW Low Profile Bearing Block.   $9.75
                                Use this for your Z-axis -- low profile height gives clearance for Z plate (below) to clear this bearing block.   Integrated bronze bushing included.
                                While not as efficient as our regular bearing block (this uses a bushing instead of a radial ball bearing), this block is perfect for short axes.

NEW Z-Axis Plate.  $28.75
                                This plate is designed to help you create a functional z-axis.  Hole pattern is compatible with K2CNC router mounts (www.k2cnc.com), and
                                our own linear carriages.  Just tap the mounting holes on our linear carriages to 3/8-16, and mount this plate on top, along with one of our
                                ACME nuts, and you have a ready-made Z-axis.  Lines up with bearing blocks and motor mounts for a turn-key solution.
