Our new gantry rail clamps allow easy mounting of 2.5" cold rolled steel rails onto 3060 extrusion used for machine gantries, and are part of our new machine kits. These clamps pay for themselves by allowing the use of narrower steel on taller gantries, rather than more expensive 7" steel.

The clamps reference off of the extrusion t-slots to self-center, and provide an even 2" spacing, ensuring the proper 0.5" overhang for our linear carriages and rack and pinion systems. They also provide additional rigidity in connecting the rails to the extrusion. We recommend using one clamp every 12" or so for maximum connection strength.

Each rail clamp kit includes a clamp, 2 carriage bolts, and 2 hex nuts for easy connection to 3060 series extrusion. CAD and drawings coming soon.
