CNC Router Parts is proud to announce a cooperative effort with DumpsterCNC, bringing together Dumpster's innovative and proven anti-backlash design with our own low profile mounting system.

The unique spring mechanism on the nuts provides for miles of backlash-free linear travel, while the rugged aluminum housing secures the drive nut to your moving axis at a convenient right angle. These nuts are backwards compatible with older style CNC Router Parts ACME nuts, and are a drop in replacement in most cases. When used with our linear carriage system, these line up exactly with the motor mount and bearing blocks. The nut comes with (2) 5/16-18 x 5/8" socket head cap screws for affixing to our high z plates or to t-nuts directly riding in 1530 aluminum extrusion.

Recommended screws to use with the 5 start version of these nuts are from McMaster Carr:

3 Foot Screws
6 Foot Screws *

*We don't recommend using these screws for axes longer than 48", but these can be cut down
