CNC Router Parts now offers 5 Start Acme Lead Screw, available in a variety of different lengths, for use with our 5 start High Load Anti-backlash Acme Nuts. Our screws are a 1/2-10 thread form, so with 5 starts travel 1/2" per rotation.

These screws fit directly inside of our 1/2" Bearing Blocks and 1/2" Shaft Collars, and interface directly with our Oldham Couplers:

Alternatively, our 1/2" Shaft Adapters provide a precision rigid bearing interface that maximizes the travel on these screws:

Please note: this screw requires a 5 start nut, and will not work with single start nuts.
