Welcome to CNC Router Parts!
Your number one resource for DIY CNC Router and Plasma machines.
We offer components and complete kits that allow users to build their own CNC cutting machines.
Our CNC machine designs combine commodity materials like steel and structural extrusion with innovative custom parts to provide our customers with affordable and expandable machines.
CNC Router Parts now offers two distinct lines of CNC machine components and kits.
Our Standard CNC
line makes use of affordable components such as ACME lead screws and radial bearings to provide an exceptional value, and has a strong community of users worldwide.
Our new PRO CNC
line improves upon the performance of our standard line with upgraded components such as ballscrews, v-bearings, and our innovative
V-Con Linear Motion System
In addition to the mechanical components required for CNC machines, we also carry two tiers of electronics to support different customer needs. Our Nema 23 Electronics
provide an affordable but very capable system for users less concerned with cutting speed, but who still want a reliable and easy to use system.
For commercial users or those with very large machines, our Nema 34 Electronics
packages offers "Made in the USA" Gecko Drives and perfectly matched low-inductance motors for power, speed, and higher depth of cut.
Both of our electronics systems feature integrated connectors and cables for secure, pluggable connections from drives to motors.
We've created a series of pictorial and video instructions in the Plans and How To's
section for our more popular items, and a complete set of 3D viewable plans for our 4' x 4' and 4' x 8' kits. This information is free for viewing -- no special passwords or forum access is required. These are updated fairly frequently, so check back often for new content.
Check out what our customers have done with our parts in our Links and Build Logs
section! This is by no means a complete list of machines people of have built with our components, but it does give a range of different builds that our customers have been kind enough to document. From smaller 2' x 3' machines up to 5' x 10' monsters, from stock plan builds to completely custom, you'll find dozens of examples of creativity and craftsmanship in this section, as well as links to build logs and other resources for the cnc machine builder.
Good luck with your CNC machine!
